Please note that our clothing is printed on demand to prevent waste, which creates a longer wait period. The planet thanks you for your patience. Please allow 12-14 business days for orders to be fulfilled. Once processed orders will ship and arrive in the amount of time listed below.

Does my order come with tracking?
All orders receive a tracking number that will be sent to your email once the parcel has shipped. Please allow time for tracking details to update.
What if I entered the wrong address?
We only ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. We are not liable for any lost or miss delivered items. If you do realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP and we will see what we can do.
My package is lost or stolen!
Oh So Naturel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for your order.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
My item arrived damaged!
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number along with a photo of your damaged item within 2 days of delivery, a customer service representative will assist you.
How are your products made?
We work hard to ensure all of our products are made in an ethical, sustainable, sweatshop-free, and eco-friendly way. We use WRAP certified manufacturers. Our main tshirt is made using certified organic cotton and recycled plastic bottles. Each item description contains the product information/material.
How are your designs printed?
All products are printed using eco-friendly, water-based ink. That means no plastic! We print on demand to ensure nothing goes to waste.
How are your products packaged?
We use zero-waste, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging depending on what you order.
